Baki (2018) :
Hello and cheers to all the anime fans out there in the world. Today I wanna share with you all an incredible and very good anime that will be a great and mind-boggling experience to all the guys who enjoy watching the action, thriller, and fighting genres. So let's start with 'Baki' -
Many of the Anime followers must be familiar and heard the name Baki somewhere. Can you recall anything? , if yes then it's the same name from the famous anime Grappler Baki. Till now there have been over 130 manga books already published over the period of 27 years. Also, Grappler Baki featured on an anime series in 2001 with the two seasons released in the USA and all across the world.
Back then the anime featured a 13-year-old boy named Baki Hanma who wants to become the strongest fighter in the world and beat his father who is the invincible and terrifying Yujiro Hanma. The manga then also featured various canonical characters like Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and Donald Trump.
Now coming to the newly emerged Netflix Original Anime named only 'Baki'. The author of the anime series " Keisuke Itagaki " is also a fan of Chinese Kempo and Martial arts which is reflected in the series with great fight and actions scenes. The series is filled with the characters that love to fight and want to fight the strongest opponent possible. The authors love for the Kempo can be seen at each page of the manga.
One of the main plots that the anime establishes is the pure determination of the characters to perfect their own martial arts style with years of hard work. The series also put stress on the fact that Martial arts are not all about the physical toughness but it ensures the unification of body and soul. The intense fight scenes and the 5-second explanations to the moves used by the fighters give great insights to the viewer.
Now at last to answer the questions on whether you should give it a watch or not, here it is if you still don't get it, go man and watch it, start from the 2018 series which is featuring the 'Five death row inmate arc' which is the most fun to watch.
